Mindfulness Trainings & Potluck
February 9 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
On second Sundays, we recite the Mindfulness Trainings (5 or 14). Practice also includes walking meditation, sitting meditation, and Dharma sharing.
Afterwards, we practice mindful eating and share a vegetarian potluck in the spirit of fellowship. Note: A full kitchen is available if you wish to bring soups, casseroles, or other warm dishes.
