Deep Relaxation

Deep relaxation is the practice of allowing the body to totally let go into a state of rest and peace. It is also an opportunity to express gratitude for all our body does for us. For more information, see The Body as Practice.
Note: Please bring a mat, towel, blanket, or whatever you need to lie comfortably on the floor for 30-45 minutes. Try to arrive a little early in order to arrange your space.
Practice will also include sitting and walking meditation (time permitting).
